2 problems

Hello everbody I'm new here at the forum.  Roll Eyes

I bought the 737 at its step II state and noticed a few bugs, but the problem was I wasn't a part of the forum  Embarrassed As the Step II release moved to its final state I saw the bugs being fixed, trust me it got better and better. The software turned to be really good and trust me I love the 737 classic.

I still have 2 problems right now and it's the yaw damper light still stays on when I'm on the ground and I have put the yaw damper switch to the on position. The second is that my nav lights dosent work, not the red and green ones, but the anti-collision the strobes at all.  Undecided

Thanks i advance Captain Sim
many regards Jasin  Cool

Are the engines on or off when the yaw damper light is on?  And your nav light issue could be couple things. I have issues with some of my lighting when I run FSX in DX10 Preview mode. Also, it may be a video card issue. Make sure your graphics drivers are up to date.

Thanks for the quick answer  Cheesy

1. My engines Are on and the 737 is ready for takeoff

2. I havn't used dx10 for long now and the other thing is the flight works on all my other aircrafts also the T7. And as I know my graphic card should be up to date.

Dear regards Jasin

Are you switching the engine generators on? They're located on the overhead panel.  That may also account for the missing nav lights.

Hi Jason.

I did a repair of FSX to fix my problem with the red and green NAV lights on ALL my Captain Sim aircraft. I believe that I uninstalled a 3rd party addon ( don't know which one) and it deleted the red and green NAV light FX files on me. After the repair, they were all there again. Wink

My NAV light colour issue came from 3rd party software. A weather related
software with textures.......... Wink After a reinstall, the colours and lights came back.

He said the red/green navs (position) lights are working but no strobes.

I have no strobes either but since there's no switch I just assumed there are no strobes installed.

Sorry for confusing you Markoz

The strobes dosen't work and I don't know why and they should light up when you place the position light switch to on.  Embarrassed
