hello i tried using my 707 but it failed to start up please help

it said: flight model 707-300C paint 2 failed to start up

Run the 707 installer again and select the "Repair" option when given the choice to "Repair" or "Remove". Then try it again.

Not quite sure of what your problem is. Are you saying that the 707 is not listed, or the plane itself can't be seen? I need a better description of what is happening. Sad

Note. It might be the activation didn't work properly. If that is the problem, then you need to do a full uninstall and remove the registry entry, as described in KB #685, to sort it out.

I GET A NOTICE

THAT SAYS ON MY START FSX FREE FLIGHT MENU WHEN I TRY TO SELECT THAT PLANE LIKE THE 300C IT SAYS CAN NOT START UP FLIGHT MODEL

THEN WHEN I press ok  it is not a 707
its the default ultralight

FSX can't find the MDL file (probably the 707-300 VC) that the 707-300C requires.

First and foremost: The 707-300 base pack required - The 707-300C won't work without it.

1) Do you have the 707-300 Base Pack? NO? You need to buy it. YES? See #2.
2) Is it installed? NO? You need to install it. YES? Then you need to uninstall then reinstall the 707-300C Expansion Model.
