	Ive been trying to install the B52 driver upgrade over my exterior install but when I try it it uninstalls the exterior then says I dont have a activated copy of the exterior on my system so it cant install the driver upgrade. How do i fix this problem?

	tried that three times but it wouldnt let me

	Make sure you are using Internet Explorer or Firefox when submitting a ticket. Other browsers are known to have problems, especially Google Chrome.
