	I downloaded the repaint kit and it is blank white. Why is that?

	As far as I know, DXTBmp cannot open PSD files. You need Adobe Photoshop Or, I think, (Corel) Paint Shop Pro. Mark

	Gimp will open psd's and i think Paint.net with the use of a plugin.

	Those will only show after the layers are enabled in Photoshop. By default all layers are unselected, so the previewers can't see anything thus displaying a white screen.
