There isn't any. You need either create a default flight that has the Avionics Master Switch ON, or you can create a Keyboard Command for the Avionics Master Switch in the Settings > Controls > Buttons/Keys. Or both. I have done both.

Yes, there are two switches. They are located at the circuit breaker panel behind the FO seat and itīs functional in v 1.0

It is? I didn't know that. I know someone was asking for them to be added, during the Stage II - Experimental phase, but I did not see Captain Sim reply. So I assumed they had not been added.
