737-200 1.0 exits

Exits are not determined by the simulator. I do not know what's the problem, but if you just replace a section [exits] on the following:
[exits]
number_of_exits = 4
exit.0 = 0.4,  27, -5.5, 1.5, 0
exit.1 = 10.0,  38,  0,   4, 2
exit.2 = 0.4, 14.0, 3.8, -5.2, 1
exit.3 = 0.4, -22,  3.8,  -3.9, 1

then all is working correctly

Well, your last (0.9 version) idea was:
To all - correct exits are written as follows:
[exits]
number_of_exits = 4
exit.0 = 0.4,  27, -5.5, 1.5, 0
exit.1 = 0.2,  38,  0,   4, 2
exit.2 = 0.4,  13,  5,  -3, 1
exit.3 = 0.4, -22,  3.8,  -3.7, 1
Then the GSX vehicles fit in the correct, including the сatering.
If it had not closed the exits, it would be quite good.

That's exactly what we put into the 1.0, specially for you and people who use that scenery add-on.

Just out of curiosity, how the exit.2 (which is the fwd lower cargo door) difference of 1.5 feet and the exit.3 (which is the aft lower cargo door) difference of 2 inches(!) could magically fix the ladder that crashes the wing on the "original" screenshot.  Roll Eyes

Anyways, all the above it's not FSX and the 737 but that scenery add-on issue.

Jetways do not connect to main door
Reply #7 - Apr 26th, 2012 at 2:40pm

Hello everybody,

I just tested the 737 with some of the airport jetways (Ctrl-J)
The jetway moves in but does not seem to be able to find the correct main door position. On the 737-200 models the jetway ends up roughly over the center of the left wing.

Am I the only one experiencing this? Am I doing something wrong?  Undecided
Best regards,
Marc

P.S. I was unable to attach a picture.

Thank you all!

I had completely missed this post!
Thank you Captain Sim for pointing me in the right direction and moving my post. I will keep watching this issue.

I should initially have also mentioned that I meant the default FSX jetways.
I forgot to test this in previous versions being blinded by the stunning 737  Cool

Best regards,
Marc

Can anyone please help! I replaced the exit settings within the GSX "Edit Aircraft Data" and i have ended up with stairs that are at the height of a 747 and no baggage belts. But after seeing this forum post with the "exits" edit It will have fixed the problem BUT I know have the edited GSX settings and was wondering if anyone can give me the origional data for me to replace. Thanks

I modified my GSX file so the stairs did not appear at all due to the fact that the CS 737-200 has it's own air stairs. I strongly suggest that you find a ramp somewhere and just experiment with the GSX cfg. The manual is very good but you just have to try it! Here is a copy of my modified GSX for the CS 737-200:

[aircraft]
nosegear = 9.144
refueling = 1
absoluteheights = 0

[exit1]
remove = 1

[exit2]
remove = 1

[exit3]
remove = 1

[exit4]
remove = 1

[service1]
pos = 1.6764 8.2296 -0.762 0.0
code = 0

[service2]
remove = 1

[cargo1]
pos = 1.15824 4.2672 -1.88976 0.0
code = 3
name = exit 3
uldcode = AUTO

[cargo2]
pos = 1.15824 -6.7056 -1.49352 0.0
code = 4
name = exit 4
uldcode = AUTO

Earlier I was testing my new 737, and came across this bug:

Is anyone aware of a fix for this?

I noticed this when I got it the other day and pressed ctrl + j. Fix would be great. Something in the aircraft.cfg and you have to change one of the exits. I can't remember which.
