Notice that on the OH panel (@ the 1.42 mark in this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qr3qsR9-exE&feature=relmfu) they only had the Left FWD fuel pump on for the APU? I think I read somewhere that they do that because it is the easiest pump to replace.

I see they have a PDCS that they use. I wonder what that unit on the right hand side is?

Hello, Mark,

The left aft pump is used to augment APU fuel pump and making start of the unit easier.

Meanwhile, the unit, I believe, on the right is a “Universal 1xx” GPS nav unit.
