It would certainly help explain your problems with the C-130.
Have you run your antivirus program to remove the trojan or threatening file(s)?

John, sorry for asking stupid, but what does 'hack' mean here? Did someone break into your CS account, using your order numbers? Or was your local PC hacked in any way? I'm asking because I could imagine 100 different descriptions for the term hack, rendering helping difficult.  Undecided

Well about a year ago I had given all my CS product details onto a forum, a form of pirating, and I still suffer from it today. Once a hacker has your email and order number, they can reach all other products that you have bought and can record your new order number. This seriously needs to be amended, so maybe one can have a password to change. I regret giving my details out, and all they need is 1 order number. And I know what is wrong with the 777. The hacker probably has his own CS account after his own purchase. On the account there is an option to find lost products. He has probably used it to take it for himself. This is my guess.
Sorry,
Pete
