Since I did a CS 757 in the Delta widget scheme I thought I would give the 737 a try. 4 days later this is where it is. It still is a WIP. The paint kit is a real bear, a lot of moving texture pieces to get them to fit and line up.

I need to try and do some work on the bottom rear fuselage and it lacks text.  I had a HD crash last year and lost all of my special fonts. That is my problem. I no longer have the Delta font and it has stopped the project, If any one has any ideas please let me know.

As far as i know and on my early research towards doing this same livery, i came up with a font named "WHITNEY".

Apparently Delta uses this font, but modified, for their logo.

A little closer to being finished. Still trying to address some mapping issues.

Had a power supply failure. That kept me from doing anything for 4 days.

The font is not the correct one but it does resemble it somewhat.

I finished it yesterday. I am not 100% satisfied but I will upload it either tonight or tomorrow. I wish I could find the official Delta font.

BTW did Eastern Airlines fly the 737? I can't remember.

No. DC-9 only. They operated the 727 and 757 though. I think they were the launch customer for the 757.

Thanks for the comments everyone.

I missed some items such as the doors and emergency exits. I have added them to my work but I am not sure if it is worth the upload. Take a look and let me know.

In the real world Delta N315DL was a 737-232ADV.

Perfect timing with the CS 737-200ADV release.

If I am not mistaken it appears we will need some updates to the paint kit for the ADV especially engines and pylons.

I was mistaken, it is not a mapping issue but a new texture.cfg I failed to update.

Here is the N315DL Delta widget as the correct model.
In the real world it was a Boeing 737-232ADV.

Texture wise it is the top of the engine nacelles and pylons that have to be changed to get the -200 to display as a -200ADV.

If anyone wants a copy of the updates send me an e-mail requesting and I will send them to you. My address is in the readme file for the 737-200 widget zip.

Hi Nuno, could you re-upload your Westjet 737-200 repaints? The link is broken in the CS free liveries section... With the 1.0 version coming soon, it would be a pitty to miss this canadian scheme... Thank you!

Expect a link in a while. Glad you mentioned it as the version in the site wasn't the last one with the doors and better tail alignment.

I might "revisit" that livery someday to make it perfect, but right now i'm out of time for anything  Sad
