Did you install it using the "Run as administrator" option?
Other than that, it sounds like your activation failed and what you are seeing is the anti-piracy measures.
Check-in to Your Profile > Product > Customer Support > Search KB or Submit New Ticket - search for KB #685 (without the #) for what you need to do.

Hi Testpiloot

The 707 demo is like that, so that is normal. It is not normal for the bought product.
Did you did not fully uninstall the demo version before installing the 707-300 Base Pack? If you did not, then that is probably the reason for your problem.
Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features > select the 707 demo and uninstall it (not sure how it appears in there as I have never installed it.
Then do the same for the 707 Captain (707-300) 1.3
Then reinstall the 707-300 Base Pack.

Hopefully that will fix it up.

INS module not included in CS707-300 package. you got to install CIVA INS yourself. I have'nt done that yet, so cant say how it integrates, but it should fit Wink

Hi.

Navigate to the FSX\SimObjects\Airplanes\CS_707-300\panel folder.

1. Rename the panel file to panelORIG (or something like that so you know it is the original 707 panel configuration (.cfg) file).
2. Rename the CIVA_panel file panel.
See attached image.

You must go to the 707 2D cockpit (F10) once the 707 is loaded into FSX to initialize the CIVA INS, or it won't work.
There is also a DNS/INS switch (with a protective cover) on the lower forward panel, in front of the pilots seat, that must be switched to INS (the down position) for the 707 to follow the INS route.

That is correct.

I don't understand why you don't see all the icons. I assume you are referring to the 2D SimIcon panel the you get when you press SHIFT+1.
It should look like the image below, attached to this reply.
