Engine shutdown procedure

The subject of this post may seem stupid because fundamental things usually require no questions. However... I do not know how to properly shutdown the engines on 727!  Smiley

Of course, there are several ways to make them stop running  Smiley
But what is the proper and standard sequence of actions to make the bird cold and dark after parking at the gates, for instance?

I appreciate your answers in advance!

http://www.boeing-727.com/index.htm - cool unoficial site about b727. a lot of checklists INCLUDING abnormal procedures!

Have a nice flying! Smiley

P.S. btw shutdown checklist from CS manual better than on that site Wink

P.P.S. hey dig this: im a tenor sax playa in local concert band. 3 years ago, when i just started work there, we had a conductor - Smetanin hmm..cant remember his name. His now in Astrakhan!!! It's a small world Wink i guess if we'd be b707 captains, then world could be even smaller  Grin
