Are you following the instructions in the ‘Weapon for FSX’ - User’s Manual on page 11? Make sure that your manual is the latest one dated VERSION: 06 JULY, 2011, because the instructions in the VERSION: 03 FEBUARY, 2011 are wrong.

Correct instructions to calibrate (VERSION: 06 JULY, 2011):
4. Press Ctrl + 9 or Ctrl + 0
5. Red calibration circle appears
6. Using Ctrl + Shift + 9 or Ctrl + Shift + 0 resize GREEN circle to match the red calibration circle
7. Red calibration circle automatically disappears in 2 sec

Hope this helps.

CTRL+9 is mapped to Switch Basic Hud Modes and CTL+0 is mapped to Select Radar Range?

Yes it is, but the Calibration uses them as well. It works for me when I follow the instructions. Are you making sure that the aircraft is on the ground the speed is 0 (zero) when you are trying to calibrate?

Did you run the Loader "as an administrator"? This is necessary in Windows 7 or it does not get added to the aircraft correctly. If FSX is installed in the default location of C:\Program Files\ or C:\Program Files (x86)\, this can cause problems in FSX with many 3rd party add-ons in Windows 7.
