are you familiar with the folders in FSX?

Open one of the default Captain Sim texture folders and check to make sure the two folders look more or less the same...it could be the text doc too...it tells fsx where to look for the back up textures...you could copy the CS one to the new texture folder. I think this should fix it.

there are instructions for making textures ace compliant in the CS757 manual part 1 towards the end, I hope this helps.

I have another version of the new united paint scheme I have done but its not quite ready for upload yet, I still have a couple thing I need to do with it but it works, you can PM me if you would like me to send you a copy.

I too am having the same issue. I have copied over texture files from other repaints and even replaced the texture.cfg file all with no luck. I just get a black bottom of the wing as well as the wheel carriage.

After a bunch of trouble shooting, I've found a solution. In the Texture.cfg file, I had to add a line. Make sure the text file has:
[fltsim]

fallback.1=..\texture
fallback.2=..\..\CS_B757-200\texture
fallback.3=..\..\..\..\Scenery\Global\texture
fallback.4=..\..\..\..\..\..\Scenery\Global\texture

I was missing the second line and adding taht for some reason fixed my problems. I hope that helps somebody out there.

I tried adding the second line but it didn't work. I even copied and pasted all of your text to the Texture.cfg but still nothing. Am I missing a step?
