Hi Brian.

In the aircraft.cfg, scroll down through it until you find [CameraDefinition.002]. Add HotkeySelect=2 to the bottom of it. Like his:

HotkeySelect=2

HotkeySelect=2 means that when you press F10, which is normally reserved for the 2D Cockpit and the CS 707 doesn't have one, you will move to the Pedestal view.

A run down on the Hotkey Select numbers:
HotkeySelect=1 is F9
HotkeySelect=3 is F11
HotkeySelect=4 is F12
