Cannot import routes (Read 3924 times)

	Hi all, I've discovered that I cannot import .pln files into the FMC any more with v4.5 I've sent a ticket in but wondering if anyone else is having the problem? It only imports the start and finish airports but none of the waypoints in between and I end up typing the whole route in manually. This is not the v4.4 - v4.5 converter thing, but getting .pln plans direct from FSX. Regards Mark Lory

	I have had no problem importing *.PLN-files to 757-200, but it is not possible to import flightplans made in FlightSim Commander 8.6 which I am normally using. �These plans are up to date. �Is there any way to import FSC flightplans into the FMC of 757-200? I am using v. 4.5

	Hi Simsalabim FSC 8.6 saves the route in both FS9 format as well as its own FSC format (in a single PLN file in the Documents\Flight Simulator X Files folder), this could be causing problems importing them into 757 v4.5. I upgraded to and use FSC 9.1 (latest version) and the Flight Plans are only saved in the FSX format in the Documents\Flight Simulator X Files folder and the FSC format in the FSC9\Flightplan folder. I can import them into the 757 v4.5 without any problems. Mark

	If you have the old FS9 format from e. g. the older 8.x FSC, you can load those plans into the FSX flight planner (it can read FS9 plans) and then save them from there. FSX always writes native FSX format and that's the one the FMC can read. So maybe use the FSX planner as your converter there. It's a few clicks more, but it works.
