	Hi! How wud one fly the 757 with ATC instructions in fsx. Does one need to interface the CDU with the ATC ? Programming of CDU enables me to fly only VFR flights. How does one fly IFR flights? Regards

	I mostly fly VFR with any aircraft that has and FMC or MCDU. The reason is that the ATC in FSX is crazy. If I do fly an IFR flight, I use the Speed, VS, ALT HOLD and HDG modes until ATC "resume my own navigation", then I can use VNAV and LNAV. At the end of the Flight, I go back to using Speed, VS, ALTY HOLD and HDG again until I can use the LOC and APP modes. Mark

	FSX atc doesn`t use the stars and sids that you program into your flight plan when you ask for clearence for T/O or landing. They will give you a heading that won`t match that of your flight plan, if you use your own flight plan and not an FSX generated one.

	Thats what even I thought about the IFR. Wanted other simmers account on that. Thats correct. VFR plans with CDU and FMC interface is more exciting than the IFR routes with sometimes unimaginable configurations listed out by the ATC. Thanx a lot.
