What Operating System do you have installed on your computer? If you have Windows XP, then it looks like it needs to be updated to SP2 or SP3.

Not sure why if you have Win XP SP3, that it is telling you that SP2 needs to be installed.
You can try downloading the installer again and install from the new file to see if that works.

Use the email link to download it again.
Or.
Check-in to Your Profile > Select product > Extended Download Service > Get New Links

Dear Captain Sim,

Unfortunately, I do not understand why you do not show up at the store, the program is not running in SP3
So far I have received no help!
I downloaded several times and has not been changed
Slowly twelve hours had passed since the purchase, and I was not used
Very sad!

Hi,

Each new service pack (SP) is a set of all previous service packs and patches, so that only the latest service pack needs to be installed.

However if you own the earliest version of Windows XP on retail CD, without any previous service packs included, you will need to install SP1 or SP2, before SP3 can be installed.

I suggest you to uninstall SP3, download and install SP1 and/or SP2 from MS site and install SP3 again.

Hope this help.

Pinatubo.

Let's try to remove Windows XP SP3 using the Control Panel again:

1) Close any programs that you are using > [Start] > Control Panel.

2) Click Add or Remove Programs to launch the installed programs list. Click the Show Updates check box on the top of the window.

3) Scroll down the list of installed programs and click Service Pack 3 or SP3. Click Remove. When prompted, click OK to confirm. Follow the guided prompts to complete the uninstallation. Click "Finish", then restart your computer when prompted.

Please, give us a feedback.

Did you try to click right mouse button on [Windows XP Service Pack 3] blue strip? Doesn't appear [REMOVE or DELETE]?
