Does anyone have the original, or version 1/1.1 download of the F-104?

I was able to make mods (add an HSI to the panel) of the original download that I haven't been able to accomplish with the current download.

I am no pirate, I can provide proof of purchase to any mods or users that desire.  I'm just looking for a little help.

The version 1.3 F-104 model and panel data seem to be slaved to the TCE program, which has kept me from:

1) Modifying the panel with precision IFR avionics

and

2) changing the name of the aircraft from "Captain Sim F-104" to "Lockheed F-104" in UI drop-down menu.
