Could anyone repaint a C-130H to look like an EC-130H of the 66th Electronic Combat Wing based at Sembach Air Base, West Germany in the late '80s. The unit was only based their rom 1985 to 1991 so it was a short lived unit, but none the less it would be a cool USAFE (United State Air Force Europe) repaint. If anyone could do this, it would be much appreciated.
