Two SDK questions

Hi!

First I would like to thank you for a innovative and easy-to-use product.

Second, I have some questions regarding the SDK and use of control inputs to control "Weapons for FSX".

Citing the SDK PDF document, at the end of page 6:
"For control name= names see FSX SimConnect  SDK> KeyStrings> SimConnect > MapInputEventToClientEvent. "

I guess that this should be for the "control="-part of the action element, not the "name=" as it says? Cause name seems to be a name specific for this product, and "control=" seems to be a FSX SDK defined string?

The question here is if there's a list of values for the "name=" parameter of the "Action" element in the configuration-file?

To get to the point, I'm looking for a better way to control the weapons master switch for example, cause if I connect it to a switch on my joystick that has an on and off detent, It must be in the right position when I start the flight, or else on will be off and vice versa. I want a button on my joystick to always be "ON", not toggle.

I hope you understand what I mean Smiley

Thanks!

Thanks.
Unfortunately we do not support custom hardware setups.
We'd recommend to read the Weapon SDK and FSX SDK and TRY.
