It already is included in the *767. But if you want the 2D WxR display, yes it can. You can put it in any aircraft you want.

That'd be hard to do as you'd have to integrate it and that's rather complex. There's a topic somewhere that explains this more in-depth. I can't find it now but I'll try. If I find it I'll post a link.
