The others are cool too (some of them), but I'm a real fan of the 707. So if I could vote there, the 707 would be it, followed by some other classic and well done planes.

The 707 is also my favorite along with Miss Piggy  Shocked 727-100

CS products are very good, but the attitude of the company in coming up with these fine flying models and their willingness to tweak and fix the planes to make the customer happy - that is what I like best!

I agree with the bit about customer service. I remember asking for help from a different developer and receive rude and unhelpful replies.
