How do i raise a ticket?

After you check in, you should have a list of the products you have purchased. Click on any one of them and you will be taken to a page where you can find a box that says "Active Services". In that box, there is a link called "Customer Support". However, I suggest you ask your question on the forums before submitting a ticket.

The Ticket system is there for a reason. Please make use of it. We are still here if you need more help and we can give you hints, tips and advice as to how we resolve a particular problem.

Make the best of both worlds. Submit a Ticket and ask us members for help at the same time. Wink
