Problem: Everytime  When Fuel gets under 60% Engine 1 and 4 fail!
Are there no "fuel X-feed pumps"?

at 50% all instruments stop working...I  had to land visually without any instruments!

Hmm sounds very dangerous indeed..
I am running version 1.3 and I never had this problems...
Are you sure that you have configured the engineer panel correctly?
Captain Sim 707 is very complex and realistic.. one switch on the wrong side and everything can result in a disaster...

I think there must be a problem with X-feeding my engines. Because all valves except those for dumping fuel were open...

I still have about 59% of Fuel but only 2 Engines ....and I dumped NO fuel.

Well it isn't hard to land visually without instruments, many planes like a Cub don't even have an attitude indicator. If you've got  VASI's for approach you'll all good. (and engines help too)
