no night lights?

good morning,

I installed the 1.3 some days ago and now I've had the time to look in. Very very nice! But one thing doesn't work, probably the reason why is sitting in front of the monitor Wink. I can't switch on any light in the cockpit at night. I found the switches at the overhead and flight engineerpanel but it remains deep dark. Only if I press the "L"-key. For exact this pressing time the lights are on. After releasing the key everything is black and dark again. Have you got an idea how to manage this?

A nice weekend!

Hi, Kai.
I think the lighting isn't mapped to the "L" key. You could try Shift-L first, bringing up the panel lights for you. Then go to the Overhead and enable the rest you want, including the Dome lights for example.
Always watch your batteries though, or connect some external power first.

When I start in a Cold-n-Dark situation at night and I can't see the instruments and switches easily enough to operate them, I press SHIFT+M (Master Battery/Alternator) and then SHIFT+L for the Light Override Switch (panel lights). Then I can see enough to carry on. Smiley
