Problem With FMC's Fuel Used Calculator

My CS B-767's FMC doesn't show the fuel used amount. It should appears after press [PROG] > [NEXT PAGE].

FMC Display shows:

                            7022 PROGRESS 2/2
T/WIND                        WIND                            X/WIND
94KT                         265º/114                            R66KT
XTK ERROR
R 0.0 NM
TAS                                                                      SAT
482KT                                                                -31ºC

LEFT                            FUEL USED                      RIGHT
[blank]                      TOT [blank]                      [blank]

                                    FUEL QTY
TOTALIZER                                                      CALCULATED
32.7                                                                            32.7

Does anyone know how to fix it?

Thanks,

Pinatubo.

You may need to program something in. I'll have a look through the manual...

Okay, here's what I was able to find in the manual, but when I get a chance, I'll look at my FMC and see if I can find anything else.

Try these steps... I don't know if they'll do anything, but it's worth a try:

1. Click "Perf Init"
2. click Button 2 (left hand side of buttons, second from the top. It should be next to "Fuel" on the screen--basically, just click "Fuel")
3. See if you can enter the amount of remaining fuel (Aircraft>Fuel and Payload)

Post what happens.  Wink

Hi boeing247,

Thanks for answering my question.

Well, I tried to do what you said, but nothing happened.
I will go back to manual and I will search about the problem. If I find some usefull information I will post here. Smiley

Thanks again,

Pinatubo.

Okay. I'll probably have time to go on FSX tomorrow; if I do, I'll test my 767's FMC and see if I have the same problem. In the meantime, you might just want to try fiddling around with it.

Happy flying!  Grin

As far as I know, this information is not available. I do not know anyone who has said they were able to get this info displayed. Someone has asked for this feature to be included in a future update in the "It would be nice..." forum for either the 757 or 767, which have identical FMCs.

Well, I didn't find FMC.cfg file, so, let's wait the so promised B-767/757's Service Packs and I hope they become full functional systems, soon.

Sincerely I can't understand why CS concentrate all their small team efforts, developing newest products, instead of to fix the minors faults at previous ones, first. I'm sorry for my complaint. Well, that is all. Sad

Oh, it's not included? Well, I don't need to check then...

Oh, Pinatubo, I agree, they should fix errors. However, CS is being constantly pressed to make new addons (I'm guilty of suggesting things too, but then again, I haven't found any errors like this). I think that the next thing they're doing is updating the 757, though, so maybe it will include a new FMC for the 767. Who knows?
