Whats causing the random altitude loss?

I've tried to finish this current flight I am on, and I have deicing on, yet I still keep falling like a rock, the speed is actually over what it should be, and I cant puzzle it out. Can anyone help me?

Either an overspeed, or you've reached too high an altitude for aircraft operation, possibly you deflect the yoke too much and cause a stall when levelling, many things, more specfics please...
