You know my suggestion... 777-200ER or something in that family  Wink

Oh, CS, if you haven't noticed (though I'm sure you have), there appears to be few spam posts in this folder... somebody's advertising a product. Very disappointing. Angry

I would like to get a CS B-777 too. I own a model developed by W..., but is a very poor one. Just a few things work well.

Oh yes, the spammer is always the same.

Good evening everybody,
Like in another topic, I'd like to see a 747SP... But with the 737 in progress, and some aircrafts to upgrade, it's not an emergency.

Cold war aircraft would be cool. Especially some Soviet bombers (like the Bear. That's a cool-looking plane).

Also, I said on another forum topic, there isn't an SR-71 blackbird for FSX. I would buy that without a second thought.

I second the cold war bombers idea.  Maybe the Bear, or the Blackjack.  The B-1B seems like something that would be right up CS's alley, as well.

As far as civilian planes go, I'd like to see a Boeing 717.

what about a former soviet union plane?
So many to choose from: IL, AN, TU, etc.
Come on people, lets vary a bit and increase the challenge.

So nice cargo planes...

Would be nice for a change

I would like to see a "fun line" version of the Boeing X-32A/B (loser of the JSF) to go along side of Dino C's F-35...  I've been waiting for someone to to this plane (even if it's just using the FA-18 flight model on steroids... and maybe a simple VC or the standard F-18 VC)...  It would be so much fun for videos etc...  a great website with TONS of images is here:

The Boeing 717 is none other than a rebadged McDonnel Douglas MD-95 that was made for the Boeing name as to fill the remaining MD-95 orders. Unless you mean a freighter 707 called the 717....

No, the MD-85. Also, I want it so I can have the Southwest/Airtran colors on it.  So far though, I know a person who made it, but is not giving it out. And the Boeing jsf is ugly, but I thought it should have won.

imo CS should focus on the current aircrafts and update them where needed and focus on the upcoming 737-100/200, rather then spend time on other aircrafts, this only slows down the progress of the current updates on aircrafts and new 737 projects.

CS should release a paintkit for the 737-100/200 so our painters can start with the liveries everyone is requesting and can use them as soon as CS 737 hits the skies Smiley

Logically, I believe the next CS new aircraft after the 737 should be the 747-100/200 to complete the classic Boeing aircraft line.  I would love for them to make a C-17 for personal reasons though, as long as the flight model and systems are accurate.

B-747-800 doesn't exist and I think she will never exist. The new variant B-747-8 will use the same engine and cockpit technology as the 787, hence the use of the "8". The 747-8's fuselage was stretched from 232 to 251 feet (70.8 to 76.4 m).

Its the first lengthening of the 747 total fuselage since the 747-200. It will be 15% more effecient, 15% lower emissions, and 30% less to operate thatn a 747-400, with many similar systems, simpler yet more powerful engines, and carries nearly as many people as the A380, but has good looks  Grin

Lufthansa's smart. Others will come. Anyways, since it's a remake of an old airplane, current 747 owners will eventually have to upgrade to it (unless they want to switch to the A380, which, while it may replace some 747, it can't fill the whole industry). However, you do have a point with the livery thing, one airline would be pretty boring. Anyways, I'd prefer a 777-300ER.

Also, what nobody has mentioned are some aircraft from the "Golden age" of flight. I'm thinking the flying boats (Boeing 311 Clipper would be nice), the prop DCs, the 247, or the 377 would be a nice new addition (though it may not be CS's thing)...

Actually, Lufthansa, Korean Air and Air China have ordered the passenger version. With mroe expected to come. The airlines' fleet of 747-400's are still going, and they're waiting until deliveries begin, so they can have a quick delivery slot and the 747-400s are still pretty fresh (Delta's are first serial #'s though) and it isn't economical yet to replace them until the airline's 787 get delivered and the 747-8 is in full swing. The orders will come. Currently praying for Delta to order some....

Well, The 747-8 is just better engines, flight controls, and upper fuselage length. Although, I kind of do want the -8, because the quality that CS would make would be far better than another company. Wink

You can get the Strat from A2A with the first Accusim generation. It looks not that up to date by now, but still is a VERY accurate simulation of the real thing.

Personally I'd like a Comet or VC-10, or a Caravelle.. or a 1-11.
