Active Camera?

What exactly is Active Camera?  It's supposed to let the pilot walk from the cockpit to the cargo area, but I've not been able to find it anywhere.

I think that EZdok Camera Addon (EZCA) does the same thing as Active Camera. It isn't free (I'm not sure if Active Camera was or not) and it will cost you $US34.95 .  It's really good for doing the things you say Active Camera can do.
