Turn off pause on task switch or whatever its called in fsx's config and the sim wont pause when you switch to another program in windowed mode.

EDIT apparently its called "PAUSE_ON_LOST_FOCUS=0"

The easiest way to do it is while you are in FSX: Menu (ALT), Options (O), Settings (E), General (G) and uncheck "Pause on task switch". You won't need to edit FSX.cfg or anything else.

Besides that, I always use FSX in window mode and not full screen. It makes it easier to switch tasks that way and on a long flight I can play solitaire and see FSX in the background.

You need to create one yourself. Although I have done my own for the 707, I haven't done one for the 757.

Create a text file (or .htm if you prefer) and save it in the CS_B757-200 folder, edit the aircraft.cfg like this:
