So I assign Button 3 on my logitech and all other aircraft I own it deactivates the auto throttle but when I C767 it wont work... Even shift+R doesn't work... Do anyone have any suggestion on this or know how to do it... cause it suck to let go of the joystick and turn off the auto throttle by hand.... thx

Carlitos,

Unfortunately it won't work as CaptainSim plains don't use standard FSX commands.

I hope CS can implement keyboard command(s) functionality for most if not all of the controls on at least some of their popular A/C(s).

LUA Scripts is the only way I know to implement most functions using FSUIPC, but this tends to be more for advance users.
