yes. Not sure about the virtual cockpit view, but you can use the captain view. Download the attached aircraft.cft and it will no longer have it. I covered the wingviews and F/O seat. You would have to find this line in the cameras.cfg to fsx.cfg folder.

MomentumEffect=TRUE change that to false in any aircraft.cfg or the camera.cfg to disable it.

Alright, do this, this will do it. I didn't explain this well last time.
1.Hit the Windows key on your keyboard (in between alt and ctrl) and the R key at the same time.
2.In the Run box that comes up, type this exactly: %appdata%\Microsoft\fsx    and hit enter
3. then inside that folder you'll find a file called cameras.cfg
4. Open it and find the virtual cockpit entry
change the MomentumEffect=TRUE to =FALSE

**THIS WILL AFFECT ALL AIRPLANES INSTALLED, NOT JUST CAPTAIN SIM. To get the momentum effect back, just change it back to True.

Then go to your Microsoft Flight Simulator X\SimObjects\Airplanes\CS_707 (or whatever the 707 folder is. I'm at my other computer typing this).
2.Open up the aircraft.cfg and find all the wingviews and the first officer's view and repeat the MomentumEffect=FALSE like above. That has now disabled that effect for all the wingviews whose settings you changed.

***THIS ONE ONLY AFFECTS THE AIRCRAFT THAT CORRESPONDS WITH THE AIRCRAFT.CFG YOU'RE CHANGING
