Can repaints be done by looking at a photo?  And is there anyone who does this for others?

I'm pretty sure they can be done by looking at photos.I'm sure that how Nathan (nath2889) does a lot of them. H is also very good at doing requests here. He was moving to his new home recently and hasn't returned yet.

hey hey hey you all missed me lol any way just an up date im now sorted in my new house just dont have internet yet im using works at the mo ill be up and running with internet on friday and i have lots of repaints for you when i can get them uploaded 5 707s 3c-130s 4 727 and 3 767 but im sure ill do more befor friday comes so ill see you all then
