Weight and balance

I've been trying to figure out how to change the load of the 707. In the cfg, it is divided into 125 stations, which has 160 lbs each be default. But lets say I'm gonna put some bags in the forward baggage compartment, what station would that be for instance?

You might want to join the "wishes" section of the 707 forums where some users already demand an updated ACE tool with payload settings and stuff like on other Captain Sim aircraft.

I will do that. But it will probably take them some time to change ACE, so until that time comes, it would be nice to know how to do it "manually".

Of course, I'd double that wish. Unfortunately, I think that "manual" currently means to edit all stations here.

The worst part of doing it manually is that getting the locations in the right place is difficult. So if you add your own stations, I think it would be best to locate them at 0,0,0 (CoG). Unfortunately this adds the station and changes the weight, but not the balance of the plane, but it's a safe way to do it until the ACE is fully operational.

Hi Mark,
I am trying to contact with TOPCAT. I am using TC  with other airplanes ,also Cs-767. Working well. If they require aircraft specification data and If you want to be involve, I will give you contact person name and e-mail address.  You can also inform Capatain Sim.
Letme know. Smiley
