Attitude change is welcome!

Capt Sim et all:

I just wanted to take a moment and let you know that the improvement in attitude as well as support is not only noticed, but appreciated.

I have been flying your planes for years and until recently, the only downside was the percieved attitude when users posted to the forums, and either were ignored or recieved a short and usually terse reply.

The recent change in dealing with your customers is a refreshing and welcome addition to your amazing products and I for one will let anyone who asks know about it.

Developers usually only hear about the negative things from users. I thought it was time that someone posted a positive comment, so thank you for some of the best products in FSX and I hope you continue far into the future !

BTW, if you don't ask 'Lou' to help you beta test the Boeings, you are missing out on one tremendous asset! (providing he would accept).

I second Jay's comments. A most welcome change. Thanks for your immediate attention and responsiveness. And for the absolutely amazing planes.

Just a note to say thanks to the folks at CS for one of the best groups of simulator planes in the business.

Having flown the real stuff all these years it's great fun to be able to fly around in these cool simulations. I can tell you that the real plane was very complex, and even with all the manuals and flight schools and multi-million dollar simulators we would still find something new and different that was not found in the manual or "knowledge base." As a flight instructor and simulator instructor in the airlines I would always tell the students that the plane never read the manual, and it would do things that were head scratchers. This only gets worse as the planes get more complex.

Even though this is only a "game," it is a very good game indeed. You folks that are on this BB are what will make this an even better product.

I am confident that the program people will find the problems and fix them - and we will all be smarter for it, however in the meantime I continue to fly these planes and smile during every minute.

I continue to be impressed at the level of depth and understanding you simmers have of your various planes and look forward to hours of fun learning from all you pilots.

Lou
