TKOF Trim Settings and Rotation

Question 1 -Has anybody have any idea how to set TKOF trim acurately given the CoG for FSX always shows a FWD CoG for the 727? I have not found any performance charts for this vital setting and having been using a default 2.5 degress (what I used in similar type for real once upon a time).

Question 2 - Am I correct in assuming that the stick pull on rotation is quite heavy for the 727 and thus over rotation is easily achieved or do I need to revise my control settings?

Islander: as LOU pointed out in a thread sometime ago...Set your trim at "5" and let it glide off the runway and climb at between 260-280 Knots.
