It is the THR switch in the 767.  You can read about it and see the location in the manuals.  Page 21 of Normal Procedures covers when and how to use the Thrust  Reference switch. ( EPR 1.10)

Aircraft Systems on page 80 covers the locaton nicely.  Gotta check out the manuals, most of the stuff is there and you can use the FIND feature for the unknowns.

This one is in the center pedestal, not as easy as a click spot like the another company. 747.

They are on the back of the throttle. Not as big and pronounced as the 767, but they are there nonetheless.

Just avoid confusion if a beginner comes along and reads this, TOGA is not used for takeoffs like with a lot of addons.  Use EPR instead.
