There was an EPR settings Flight model Mod developed by a member, unfortunately  some thing was wrong with CG configuration, front wheel keep sinking to the tarmac.

The EPR setting are about as accurate as a drunk Mexican, blindfolded, trying to hit his birthday piniata hanging in a gymnasium. Not very accurate at all. Neither are the thrust levels corresponding to those EPR settings.

The CS 727 is not a study sim, so you can't expect it to perform according to real world performance figures and specifications.

No, we can expect from developer to be accurate to RW as much as possible.. Developer cannot hold  knowledgeable members (core population of FS world), flying with none complete airplanes.
CS-727 well designed  and recommended from many 727 pilots. Our inputs to CS,  provide information about todays Flight Sim environment needs.

If another company, another company and ,many Developers were succeed with reasonable price tags, there is no reason why Captain Sim cannot accomplish.
I think CS-727 can be one of the most wanted Sim airplanes.,.
This is my personal opinion.

I expect it to perform beter than the default aiplanes on FSX. After all I paid twice as much for this add-on plane than I did for FSX.

Not being a real life 727 pilot and not having the knowledge of how a real 727 performs, makes it easier for me to accept the Captain Sim 727 Family the way it is. I'm not one to look up a lot of information on the internet (or anywhere else) to find out if it does. The only things I ever really look up, are things like the specifications, usually just the Service Ceiling and the Maximum Range, so I know how far and how high I can go. If Captain Sim were to get it even closer to the real deal, then that's even better for all of us.

I agree, but I think overall version 2.4 is a good product.  With you having real world experience with the aircraft, you are going to notice the inaccuracies much more than the average user.

That is the key.  Even some of the most accurate add-ons are simply limited by FSX coding.  For example, the Bae Jetstream 4100's turboprops characteristics and behavior can not be 100% modeled in FSX.  Yes, I would love for the 727 to have more accurate EPR correlation with the RW performance data as well, and hopefully that will happen.
