CS 757-200 - No steering wheel?!

I bought Captain Sim's 757-200 base pack. Everything else is great and works fine, except that there is no steering wheel! So the elevator and ailerons do not work. When i look at the cockpit, i see the empty place at the front of the captain's seat. It's just like the demo's control lock. That means that i cant fly with it. What's wrong? I have Windows 7 and Direct X... SP2 installed and I bought the install version of the CS 757. �Embarrassed
I need help!

Have you tried reinstalling??
As far as I know, the CS installer doesn't tell you when activation fails,
so if you made a typo or anything like that, the piracy protection will engage,
but you wouldn't know...
If reinstalling doesn't help,
try redownloading and reinstalling...
if that also doesn't help, open a ticket in the CS customer support section.

I hope you get it fixed!
