How to tune the ADF.

I am lost. How do I tune the ADF. I need the frequency 263 but am at a loss on how to tune it. I have tried everything. Oh, am using the latest version with weather radar (yes, that does work)
Also missing stewardess/pilot audio. I have done a full uninstall - re-install to no avail.
Anyone, some advice please.
Thanks

You use the right mouse button and left mouse button on the 2D and VC ADF buttons that have TUNE written on them. If you have Show cockpit tooltips enabled it will display the frequency as you tune them.

To get the audio working in v2.4. reload the 727 and the audio is there to be heard.

Hi Mark

I tried that to no avail. I am running Win 7 64bit, would this be an issue?

Thanks in advance

It isn't a Win 7 issue. I have Win 7 Pro 64bit and my sounds work.

I did this so you can try this as a way of getting the sound to work.

Go to the FSX\Captain_Sim\727 folder and open the sound.ini file. It should open with notepad. Find the following line:

SoundOffWhenSimIsSlew=1

and change it to:

SoundOffWhenSimIsSlew=0

Then you should hear the sounds. You will still have to reload the 727 for them to work though as that seems to be a new problem with v2.4.
