I tried for two hours to submit a ticket but everytime i hit the submit button t tells me that all the fields need to be filled. I fill every form field and still the same. So, I am asking the question here.

I click the APU off and the APU sound does not stop. Any fixes?

And for your information I did search the KB for APU, APU SOUND, SOUND, SOUND ISSUES with no resultes returned.
What does this mean " avoid your request cancellation and posting removal" ?

Are you saying that you would cancel my account if I dont search the KB first? I am confused. Anyway when I tried to use the support ticket, After unsuccessful searching, I could not use the submit button. It kept telling me that I needed to fill in the fields marked in red, to wich there were none because all fields where filled in or selected from the drop down.
