Save flight help?

Experts/Gentlemen,

I now use Acceleration due to another product.

I need help with saving a 767 flight: when I open my saved flight using Acceleration (does not happen with SP2 and there are proven differences in the Accel SP2 and downloaded SP2), I always get a yaw damper inop and a hyd pump inop and the RAT extended. This happens in with an in-flight save loaded from a CD Cessna or the 767 CD or with FSX fresh start.

The 757 is fine.

Any suggestions appreciated. CS could not duplicate when I entered a trouble ticket.

I have the same thing happen. I have no idea what's causing the problem, but at least it doesn't stop me from continuing the flight and landing.

Jack;

I was experiencing the same problems, and I am also running Acceleration.  I think I've found a workaround for the problem.  This is what I do:

1) Save flight in the following condition:

- Paused
- In cockpit
- Autopilot OFF
- Autothrottle OFF

2) Load flight...it will come up paused.
3) Unpause flight and then immediately re-pause it.
4) Watch airspeed & altitude needles wind up into position.
5) Once needles stop moving, unpause flight again.
6) You should see engines (N1) wind down a bit, then wind back up. You may get trim air / cabin heat warnings on the display, if so just hit the switches in the overhead.

If I follow these steps I find that the RAT does not drop down.

Good luck!

Edit: You may have to re-load the flight more than once if the RAT drops the first time, even when you follow this procedure. Try moving the throttle forward as the N1 drops.
