so let me explain the problem again

after T/O i activate the AP on LNAV AND VNAV, this also happens if its on HDG and speed + Alt on the MCP

anyways when i activate the AP the a/c starts banking at 45deg angle and then starts swing left to right etc when its on route and it doesnt stop

im not the only one with the problem , so you will be helping a few other people, please let me know what i can do to fix it without reverting back to 2.1

I just got this plane and I have the same problems, with crazy rolls when A/P is engaged and A/T not working at all; I just sent a Ticket to the Customer support.

I'll trray to modify the Aircraft.cfg as the FSX version owners have to do in order to solve this kind of problems.

This is the first plane getting me in trouble like that and I have a lot of add-ons..........

Bye

Well I got the solution: you just have to calibrate all the axis with FSUICP....and everything works fine, A/P, A/T...without rolling and with very good approachs....

Bye

sorry it took me a while havent checked the forums, so go to Modules in fs2004  when you load a flight from the top bar, select FSUIPC and you select to calibrate the axis, but you please NOTE: you need the full registered version of FSUIPC, having it unregistered is not enough

-Open FS2004

- Start a flight any aircraft

- when flight loads, on top Bar next to File, EDit ,Flight etc CLICK on MODULES and select FSUIPC

PLS note FSUIPC needs to installed, THE FULL VERSION WHICH HAS TO BE BOUGHT not free version

- while in FSUIPC window go to the Joystick tab and configure your joystick from there.

- to configure select appropriate flight movement(yaw,pitch , roll) and move the joystick the its maximum

if you still havent understood let me know I'll go into even more detail Wink

Hi!

Help, please.
I'm in the same trouble. Swinging left/right. Unable to play.
I have tried this fsuipc thing, but not works! I have the latest (registered properly) version (3.9.6.) tried to resetup the joy parameters (maybe I make it in a wrong order; Reset then move the joy, then press the Set buttons) (?) but the plane still swinging...  Angry Embarrassed

Are you sure guys that this is fsuipc related trouble?

Thanks for help!

I quote from another topic:
Hi

I was having the same probs with violent rocking (at random) and found a slight alteration to 1 line in the aircraft.cfg has virtually eliminated the problem for me.
I backed up a copy of the cfg before altering, then I reduced the number in the AP_Roll_controlstep line (red) the lower the number the more stable she becomes.  I don't know how this impacts on other aspects of the 757 but it works for me.

[Custom Autopilot]
AP_Roll_speed=3.92
AP_Roll_window=1.8
AP_Roll_controlstep=1500
//AP_Roll_controlstep=2850
AP_Roll_mincontrol=-15884
AP_Roll_maxcontrol=15884
AP_Pitch_speed=0.3
AP_Pitch_window=1.8

this works fine for me too.
my baby flies smoothly...

hope this helps

Hi there!

I found this problem at others too, so continued an other topic, but it seems it is better to start a new one...

Perhaps it is a known problem (but unfortunately the solutions I found didn't work) therefore most of you know an other/the right answer.
When I turn on the autopilot the plane start to banking left to right then back, throttles not works also V/S...    Undecided

I read that the reason is the fsuipc. I have the latest (and properly registered) version, I have tried to setup my stick in that, but the mentioned trouble is still alive.  Angry
Maybe I'm doing the calibration in a wrong way, could somebody tell me what could be a problem?
Is it absolutely sure that this "bug" is related to fsuipc?

Thanks in advance!
