Fuel Cut off Valve doesn´t work sometimes

Hello folks:

I've installed the v2.2 of 757 CS and I was expecting a several fixes but in fact the bird still have a major Bugs on it.  When I tried to start the plane I have ti press CTRL + E because I can't start the engines manually, even worst, the first fuel cut off valve doesn't work sometimes and the plane try and try to start left engine, only with several intents pushing CTRL + F1 and CTRL + F4 the Fuel Cut off Valve goes up and the engine start to work.  Someone of the 757 CS pilot have this preoblem?

I'm having similar problems.

1) My fuel cutoff switches work, but I have trouble restarting. After pushing CTRL+E it took several automatic tries before the engine started. Not sure if this had something to do with bleed valves or incorrect settings in the overhead panel, or if it was just a bug. The effect was that I heard the engine startup sound - then it would abruptly shut off. Then again - and it would shut off. It did this about 5 times, then Engine 1 started. It took even longer for Engine 2.  This was with the stock CS 757 v2.2 sounds.

2) I clicked the Fire Shutoff switch, but then there's no way to turn it back! Left or Right clicking has no effect.

Can't tell if these are bugs or if I'm doing something wrong.

Same problem. Even worse!. I my case the left engine does't start at all. The fuel cut off valve stays in the off position.

Hmm. I just bought the FS9 versions (block B and then Pro Pack) thinking it would work fully. I understand the announcement, but feel I should get the FSX version as well, in that case. What say you, Captain Sim?
