Monitor res is 1680x1050 and the instruemnts are not perfect circle but a little flattened, is this correct?  In the VC they are perfectly round.

Thanx!

In the FSX configuration (in the game, press ALT for the menu, then option, then settings then display then choose here the screen for the full screen display. (Switch from Windows to Full screen with ALT+ENTER)

if you are in windows mode, you have to set the resolution in windows.

Thanx but that's not the issue so let me clarify.

How do I know I am using the 1600 cockoit res panels?  cause if I was, the gauges should be perfect circles and they are not,

I have a wide screen and I have never found a wide screen option.

Since I have converted to the vc, I forgot about that, though.

In manual 1 on page 8 it specifically mentions a 1600 res 2d pit but not how to enable it or even if it enables by default with the change in FS res.
