changing the frequency

I notice that sometimes I am able to change the frequencies on the vhf radios.  And then 10 minutes later I will try again and then I am unable to do so.  Could this be because I cycled through the different views.  Any help or solutions would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

it happens when I go into the First officer view and then switch back to the virtual cockpit view.

Do I have to set the default fsx view to the 2d panel instead of the 3d panel.

I've tried a few things but it still happens the radios will just freeze up randomly.  When this happens it seems that I can't start the engines manually either.  I spent a lot of money on this airplane and I would hope I will be able to get it out of the parking gate and into the air.

I've fixed it.  All I had to do is add the following line to my 727 aircraft.cfg file under the [electrical] section.

electric_always_available = 1
