Last Friday I downloaded the 4.3 upgrade. When I tried to install the upgrade I was getting the message I did not have a registered/activated copy of the Pro Pack. I new that I did have it and 4.2 was running.  

I had forgot that in early April my boot drive failed therefor all my registry information was gone when I replaced the boot drive.  FSX and all the files were on a separate drive.

I opened a trouble ticket, provided an order number and an explanation.

Within 2 hours Captain Sim provided me the link and the order number. Downloaded the package, installed it with no problems  and was off and flying.
