I've seen so many bad posts about developers over the years, I thought I'd post my most recent experience with Captain Sim:
I only recently upgraded my 757 from the previous version to the Pro version. Somehow or other, I managed to purchase the 757 Pro
!!THREE TIMES!! - twice on a credit card and once via PayPal

I still don't know, or care really how it happend, or who was to blame. There did seem to be something very strange happening with the purchase site, but I strongly suspect the error was mine.
After hearing many horror stories of people losing their money with things such as this, I feared the worst

Obviously, I emailed Captain Sim immidiately, assuming it would no doubt take some sorting out.
I was astounded to find that within HOURS, both my credit card and my PayPal account had been refunded

I truly applaud & appreciate such great customer care
