757 Captain documentation

I have a lot of experience with the another company 767 product but have never used the Captain Sim 757 product.  Have just installed it. 

What is the best source for documentation on the sim software itself?  (operation, options, etc)  Do not need much about AC as it is very similar to B767.

and the Flight1's one (but for the 767, but you know that it's close enough to be usable for the CS 757)

5 manuals and about 300 pages !
