757 panel, Elevator, and aileron problems

Hey guys, I just purchased the 757-200 pro pack version 2.1 yesterday but i have some problems. I have FS9 with the fs9 V9.1 update installed and I'm running Windows Xp. I've already re-installed 3 times to no success.

* The Panels' screens in the 757 are completely blank, I can't do anything to bring them to life.

* The 757's Elevators and Ailerons are also not responding to my joystick, the only things that are responding are the rudder and the flaps.

Can anyone help? feel free to ask for more info.

Did you go to the OVHD Panel first and do an IRS Alignment?

that's strange. You should be getting the panels. What version of the FSUIPC do you have installed in FS9?

Nope. I've had FS9 installed on my machine for about 6 months now, I just installed the 757 yesterday.

When I installed the 757 in FS9 I loaded up the default C172 first at KSEA then went to the FS Aircraft menu and loaded up the 757. I have seen reports of loading up a newly installed add-on behind another add-on can cause problems.
